UCSC Grand Prix
It has been a busy weekend. Jill and Peirce were both swimming in the UCSC Grand Prix Friday and Saturday.
Jill is trying to get a Western time. She is awfully close! ......but still chasing. On Saturday she took 3 seconds off her 100 breast though!
I liked this results sheet.....Jill ranked amongst all the girls from the university.
Peirce took all sorts of time off his races: 13 seconds off 200 breast, 3 seconds off 50 fly and best of all, two seconds off his 200 IM, which means he got his MQT! Yea!! On Saturday he got two more personal bests. He took 4 seconds off 100 breast and 100 back. He also swam 400 free, but didn't get a PB in that. We should have fed him again, I guess.

I have now walked more this month than any month last year.

New Walking Goals
And thus we see why I didn't lose any weight in 2014! (That's the way I phrase it without saying I actually gained weight....ugh!). Doesn't matter that this is in miles rather than kilometres. The important number is: I burned one pound of fat. Ugh!
