Jill's coming home today!





This one made me laugh. She sends me snaps of dogs all over the world. These guys at the Calgary airport drive us all crazy, for more than one reason. This pictures was just too funny:



I'm all about color in my food lately. Apparently, it's the secret to a healthy brain. Look at this crazy healthy dinner:



Meatloaf, beets and little peppers. I have no idea what those little peppers are called. Allen found them one day. They're sweet and wonderful!

My Favorite Things

This time of year there are always shows with people's favorite things. Today I was thinking about how this is one of my favorite things:



My cousin, Heidi gave it to me. We used to spend a lot of time together and she knew me well. This was such a perfect gift for me. It's for making frothy milk. Hot frothy milk with a little hazelnut syrup is so good for the soul. I think of her everytime I use it. It's definitely one of my favorite things!
