Gratitude Challenge

Found this on Facebook, and I thought it would be a great challenge! In August these are the things I'm going to do each day:

1. List 5 things I'm grateful for.
2. Express gratitute and love to someone in my life (write a note, send an email, or post on Facebook).
3. I will review each my list of things I'm grateful for so I can feel it again each day.
