It has been a great year and I can honestly say finding a way to exercise every day hasn't been that hard. Once I set my mind to it, I was able to find a way to do it. For me, mornings are the best way to ensure I can get it in each day. Each day hasn't been an intense workout. Many days I just did 1 km. It was all with the thought in mind that something is better than nothing. I still think it is.
Now, for year 2, I plan to continue. I'm going to add to my walking each day by doing weights or yoga or something similar. My plan is to never do the same thing two days in a row. Adding variety will be my goal for the next year. I will also do a minimum of 3 km each day.
