Overheard in our kitchen this morning:
Mom: Peirce would you please go get a hairbrush so I can help you with your turkey tail?
Peirce (as he stomps up the stairs): Mom! I'm tired of getting things for you. Get it yourself! You're a big mommy!
(ouch!)

Hmm...did that sting a little? I thought they were just so full of energy that they wouldn't mind going and getting things.

Well, it did make me laugh. I try to not think about the other implications of being a 'big mommy' LOL I always tell him he's a big boy so he can do this or do that. Only made sense that he'd use the same tactic!
I saw Natalie a couple weeks ago but she was in SS. We've changed times now so I have to figure out still where people are now when we start and finish our meetings. :0)
That is too funny....I am just waiting for the day Stevie says that to us too!!
