One thing I love about breaks from school is having more time to cook. I quite enjoy making great meals. I worked in the kitchen all afternoon today! We had Sister Harding and Sister Creech over for dinner.
The menu was:
Sweet potatoe and black bean chilli with kale
Asian slaw with homemade dressing
Baked vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cauliflower and brussell sprouts)
Desert: apple crisp
I thought the Mandarin missionaries were comin too so I made a lot. Yea for leftovers!!
