Tonight I tried my hand at making soy nut butter. I got the idea from a friend and decided I could give it a go.
I had some soaked soy beans that I baked to turn them into soy nuts. Then I ground them up in the Bullet and added in oil, icing sugar and cocoa. It really does taste like Nuttella....only mine was a little gritty. I'll have to try again to see what I can do to make it smooth.
